That’s where my full wedding planning service comes in. Flexible, thorough, streamlined and faff-free, this is my most comprehensive wedding planning service that will give you creative, organised support from the get go.
I’ll be there with you every step of the way, executing your vision to the highest standard, working with your ideas and making sure that you feel in control the whole way through.
Keeping things stress-free for you is my priority, but it’s also about fun. The planning of your wedding should be filled with joy. I’ll facilitate the admin, get everything moving, and leave you to enjoy the bits that get you feeling excited.
With my full planning, I really will stop at nothing to ensure you’re not only supported but also understood throughout. Once we’re working together, my first port of call is to really get to grips with your visions, priorities and concepts, then I can begin my work.
Your wedding is unlike any other, so my wedding planning is designed in order to complement your visions and desires. Here are some of the ways I can work with you to plan a wedding that’s absolute magic:
- Sourcing your venue or marquee site and marquee (you may already have this in the bag.) I'll share the venues and locations that meet your needs the best.
- Handpicking the right wedding suppliers for you. Using trusted, recommended suppliers who will ensure the most impeccable service and work endlessly to deliver their art.
- Budget planning and management. Based on your wants, wishes and expectations I will guide you through how best to utlise your wedding budget.
- Managing all aspects of the admin which comes with planning weddings. Supplier meetings, communications, schedules, and contracts.
- Unlimited support and communications, I'll stop at nothing to make sure your plans are looked after and ensure your always looked after.
- Wedding design. Working closely with your suppliers, I'll make your vision come to life. Creating mood boards and curating colour palettes, I will ensure no detail is missed and your wedding looks as good as it feels.
- Management of guest admin. Your guest RSVP's and wedding website management will be looked after.
- Planning meetings, we’ll have regular comms and catch ups throughout our planning together. I'll make sure your trials, tastings, wants and wishes are all taken care of.
- Wedding day management; from set up until departure – I’ll be with you throughout.
- Coordination of post and pre wedding events to ensure your celebrations don't stop!
- Post wedding clean up and collection management.
Charged as a percentage of 12% of your total budget, with a minimum planner fee applicable.
